Shift One is currently looking for several Customer Service Representatives on first shift. Available shifts:
- Schedule A is Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Schedule B is Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Schedule C is Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities of the Remote Customer Service Representative
- Answer and book incoming calls, emails, and other requests projecting a professional and memorable image to the customer
- Make outbound calls to book and confirm existing and potential customers to book the dispatch board to full capacity
- Selling services to consumers who call customer service. De-escalate situations involving customers, offering patient assistance and support
- Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services and policies
- Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
- Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items
- Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
- Help to train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies
- Prepare call performance reports. Manage call performance
- Maintain database by entering information on every call
Qualifications of the Remote Customer Service Representative
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Great active listening skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
- A patient and empathetic attitude
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability and flexibility. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced, depending on the role and industry
- Computer literacy. Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
- Expertise in the customer service area they focus in, such as accounts, sales, technical support or another area
- Ability to speak multiple languages, especially those common among callers
Compensation of the Remote Customer Service Representative
- Starting base pay is $16.00 to 18.00 / hr., depending on schedule & role
- Overtime is also available
